Applyer is a digital platform that helps students navigate the study abroad process with confidence. From discovering universities and academic programs to receiving personalized consultation and tracking application progress, the platform brings every step of the educational migration journey into one seamless experience.

Problem

Planning to study abroad often requires students to navigate scattered information across multiple university websites, agencies, and communication channels. Comparing programs, understanding admission requirements, managing deadlines, and receiving reliable guidance can quickly become overwhelming.

For education consultants, manually handling inquiries and tracking each applicant's progress creates operational challenges and limits the ability to provide a consistent experience.

Solution

We designed an end-to-end platform that connects students with educational opportunities while simplifying the entire consultation process.

Students can search and filter universities, explore programs based on their academic profile, receive personalized guidance, and monitor every stage of their application through a single dashboard. Meanwhile, consultants have a structured workflow to manage applicants, streamline communication, and provide more efficient support throughout the admission journey.

The visual identity was designed to communicate trust, optimism, and new opportunities.

A bright interface built around generous white space creates clarity and reduces the complexity of a process that can often feel overwhelming. A gradient palette of soft blue and purple reflects growth, knowledge, and global connection, while subtle illustrations and rounded components make the experience approachable and welcoming.
